Why We Exist

Despite progress, many LGBTI people in the UK still face barriers at work — from discrimination in recruitment to lack of visibility, progression, and safety in the workplace.

LGBTI Jobs was created to help close that gap.

Founded by members of the LGBTI community, our platform exists to:

LGBTI Jobs & Hub was founded by Ian Thomas, David Ruiz, and Kim Thomas — three members of the LGBTI community who recognised the need for a platform built on trust, representation, and fairness.
