    We hear a lot about inclusion at work — policies, statements, and initiatives — but lived experiences can look very different day to day.

    For you, what actually makes a workplace feel genuinely inclusive?
    Is it how people behave, how issues are handled, leadership, flexibility, or something else entirely?

    Whether you’re a candidate, employee, recruiter, or manager, it would be great to hear what inclusion looks like in practice — and what still needs to improve.
