    For me, a big turning point was simply allowing myself to sit with questions instead of rushing to label everything. Realising that it was okay not to have all the answers straight away took a lot of pressure off.

    Over time, listening to how I felt in everyday situations — at work, with friends, in my own head — helped me understand myself better than any single moment did. It’s shaped my understanding of identity as something that can grow and shift, rather than something you have to define perfectly from the start.
