Our organisation is a registered charity (1193696), all donations help us to put on future support sessions and activities. We operate a "Donate as you feel" scheme, whereby if you wish to make a donation you can do so by ordering a "donate as you feel" ticket rather than a free one and choose the amount you wish to donate!
Yoga is wonderful for mind, body and soul, or so we've been told?
But what if the yoga group you attend is the most supportive, inclusive, welcoming and friendly group you have ever met? You just met your tribe!
We're not making wild claims here, our yoga group is beautiful! A room full of beautiful souls all making different and varying shapes with their varying and beautiful bodies.
Most likely you'll laugh, make friends and want to return week after week, not to mention becoming more flexible too.
We think it's better to give choice, so if you don't fancy attending in person, want to join from further afield or if you're a little bit shy, you can always join by Zoom, no camera, no pressure.
Mats and blocks provided, just wear comfy clothes and a drink.

Please only book a ticket if you intend on joining as tickets which are booked and not used take a space for other potential attendees.
