Pride in Liverpool 2025, organised by the LCR Pride Foundation, returns for a weekend-long celebration of LGBTQ+ identity, community, and activism.
This year's theme, “Be Heard,” underscores the importance of amplifying LGBTQ+ voices and advocating for equality and inclusion. The festivities span three days, featuring a mix of free and ticketed events designed to engage, entertain, and inspire.
Friday 25 July – Pride Classical:
The weekend kicks off with Pride Classical, an open-air concert at Pier Head. This unique event blends orchestral music with iconic Pride anthems, performed by a 32-piece orchestra and special guest artists. Proceeds from ticket sales support the free events throughout the weekend.
Saturday 26 July – March with Pride & Festival:
The heart of Pride in Liverpool is the March with Pride, commencing at St George’s Plateau at 10:30 AM. Thousands will march through the city centre, culminating at the Pier Head festival site. The free festival features live performances, community stalls, food and drink vendors, and family-friendly activities. Highlights include performances by headline artists and local talent, all celebrating the diversity and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community.
Sunday 27 July – Community Events:
The weekend concludes with a variety of community-focused events across Liverpool. Activities include wellness sessions, cultural exhibitions, and family-friendly gatherings, providing opportunities for reflection, connection, and celebration.
Accessibility & Inclusivity:
Pride in Liverpool is committed to being accessible to all. The festival includes British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation on all stages, accessible viewing areas, and dedicated spaces for families and young people. Organisers work closely with local authorities to ensure the event is welcoming and safe for everyone.
