Pride Canterbury 2025

Saturday, June 7, 2025 Canterbury High Street (Parade) & Dane John Gardens, Canterbury, Kent CT1 2RN Pride Canterbury 2025

Join us on Saturday 7th June 2025 for Pride Canterbury — a vibrant, joyful celebration of LGBTQ+ identity, diversity, and unity in the heart of Kent.

This much-loved annual event brings thousands together from across the region to show support, stand in solidarity, and celebrate love in all its forms.

The day begins with a colourful and high-energy parade through Canterbury’s historic High Street. The streets come alive with music, dancing, flags, and community groups as participants and spectators alike embrace the spirit of Pride. It's a powerful and visible statement of inclusion, acceptance, and joy.

Following the parade, the celebrations continue at Dane John Gardens, where the festival kicks into full swing. Throughout the day, you’ll find live entertainment across multiple stages, featuring national artists, local talent, drag performances, and DJs. The park will also host over 70 community and market stalls, offering everything from handmade goods and charity information to LGBTQ+ support services and local businesses. A wide range of food and drink options will be available, catering to all tastes and dietary needs, alongside family-friendly activities for all ages to enjoy.

As the sun sets, the energy continues with the official after-party — an electric evening of top DJs, live performers, and late-night dancing, giving Pride Canterbury 2025 the send-off it deserves.

Pride Canterbury is committed to being inclusive and accessible. The main entrance to Dane John Gardens is via Castle Street Car Park, and there are dedicated provisions for guests with accessibility needs. Canterbury is easy to reach by public transport, with Canterbury East and Canterbury West train stations both within walking distance. For those travelling by car, Park & Ride services are available throughout the city.

There are many ways to get involved in Pride Canterbury 2025. Whether you’d like to volunteer, perform on stage, run a stall, or simply come and show your support, your presence matters. This event is powered by the community, for the community.
