Welcome to the 5th Edition of the OFN LGBTQIA+ Film Festival, the UK’s most diverse and inclusive independent LGBTQIA+ film festival! Evolving from the monthly One Fluid Night event, OFN has grown into a full-fledged festival experience, set to take place from 15th to 17th November 2024 in the vibrant heart of London’s Soho.
What to Expect:
This year, we’ve expanded our festival to feature 50 films over three days, drawing an anticipated audience of 1,080. Join us at the iconic Curzon Soho for an immersive cultural experience that blends the energy of the West End with the spirit of inclusivity and celebration of LGBTQIA+ storytelling.
- Opening Night Extravaganza (15th Nov): Don’t miss our special Opening Night, featuring a screening of both a short film and a feature, followed by an incredible after-party with outstanding live performances.
- Film Screenings and Q&A Sessions: Across three days, experience a rich program of films—from full-length features and shorts to documentaries and animation—that showcase the diverse voices and stories within the LGBTQIA+ community. Engage directly with filmmakers in interactive Q&A sessions that delve into the art and impact of queer cinema.
- Awards Ceremony (17th Nov): OFN leads the UK with 16 award categories dedicated to LGBTQIA+ stories, making it the festival with the most awards in the country. Celebrate the achievements of our talented filmmakers at the grand Closing Awards Ceremony Party, a night of recognition and festivity.
- Exclusive Parties: Elevate your festival experience with our immersive and themed parties. From the celebratory Opening Party on Friday to the unforgettable themed event on Saturday, each night promises to be a highlight of your festival experience.
