Join Newham Council and Social Convention for an extraordinary evening celebrating Queer history and community.

Explore captivating stories, indulge in free food, and be mesmerised by the cabaret show. The night concludes with a lively dance party—don't miss the celebration!

7pm: Immerse yourself in true stories of Queer history through costume and storytelling by our amazing cast of Drag performers. All ages are welcome to drop in and explore at your leisure.
8:30pm: Enjoy free food and entertainment with a cabaret show featuring ballroom, Latin dance, burlesque, drag, and more. Please note, some performances may contain revealing costumes and/or light sexual innuendo.
9:30pm: Dance, mingle, and party the night away with DJs playing until close. (Last entry 10pm)

Social Convention exists to platform talent from underrepresented voices in the creative industries and produce innovative events that offer safe and inclusive spaces.

This event is free to Newham residents, with a small charge to those living outside the borough. Please bring proof of address if buying a free ticket.

There will be a bar on the evening where drinks can be purchased.ID may be required for alcohol purchase; we operate a challenge 25 policy.
