Line the high street and cheer as NHS organisations across Kent march in Pride Canterbury 2022! Featuring live music, flag waving, banner holding, whistle blowing and a carnival atmosphere. The procession will feature many local organisations and groups, and some extra special characters to keep an eye out for!
The Pride Canterbury march will take place on Saturday 10th June 2023 and will pass up the Canterbury High Street and reach the festival site in the Dane John Gardens.
Having the correct wristband is vital to gaining access to march and therefore if you would like to do so please register in advance so that you wristband will be waiting for you on the day!
If you are registered to march, you will need to meet you between 9:30 - 10:00 at a pre-arranged location near the Westgate Towers to collect your wristband and then we will go together to the Parade Check-in (and security checkpoint)situated at Westgate Gardens, Saint Peter's Street, Canterbury, England, CT1 2BQ between 10:00 and 10:45 on the 10th June 2023.
After the march, participants will pass through a dedicated entrance (Marlowe Avenue) to the Dane John Gardens for the main event.
Everyone will pass through a second security checkpoint on entrance to the Dane John Gardens.
