Student Registry Support Assistants (3 posts)

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity available in Student Registry for x 3 Support Assistants, supporting the service at our peak time as we prepare to welcome new Students to the University in September 2024.

The post holder(s) will act as the first point of contact for students & staff, working as part of a team to respond to enquiries via face to face, telephone, live chat and email. You will provide support and guidance to students on a range of administrative processes including registering with the University, payment of tuition & accommodation fees and the selection of modules, signposting to other University support services where required. You will use a range of University systems & databases in your daily duties to record enquiries and ensure student records are up to date.

This post would be ideally suited to candidates with a passion for customer service and helping others and would provide an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in starting a career working within HE administration and student services.
