Research Support Officer

Job Description

Working within the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering’s Research Support Team, the post-holder will provide research administrative support to academics and senior members of staff. Reporting to the School’s Research Support Manager, you will support the administration of research grants and contracts, ensuring the funders’ conditions and University regulations are followed. You will also support all administrative aspects of recruiting staff to work on the research projects. This role entails working closely with Faculty Finance, Human Resources and the Faculty Research Hub.

We are seeking candidates with experience in research administration in a Higher Education context, which includes grant management for multiple funding bodies and income streams.
