Market Research Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for an innovative individual to play a key role in leading on student recruitment and marketing market research activities, working both with colleagues and external partners to deliver a high level of insight, backed by rigorous research.

Working in a team of market research and insight specialists, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering market research activity that enhances our understanding of prospective student preferences and behaviour. This will involve commissioning and conducting primary and secondary research, with the ability to deep-dive into qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights and influence change.

There will be the opportunity to shape research briefs, develop our internal research capacity and take part in a wide range of projects across the University.

This role will take responsibility for using market research and evidence to promote innovations in student recruitment, marketing and admissions that enable us to meet the strategic priorities of the University, as well as investigate, guide and inform future activity. The successful post holder will be an excellent communicator, comfortable with presenting findings and evidence clearly and concisely to a range of audiences.
