Job Description

We are seeking a highly collaborative, experienced manager with excellent communications to lead our newly formed Customer Systems and Insight function. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment Development, you will be part of the leadership team for the new Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions Service for the University and will take responsibility for the management of data, systems, processes, and management information which supports the student experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
This is an exciting time to join, as we are about to embark on the development and implementation of a new University Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system from the student recruitment and marketing perspective. Working closely with the Head of Digital Enablement and Development, you will have a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the new CRM platform and ensuring our reporting needs can be met through the Data Warehouse and PowerBI, alongside delivering business as usual.
You and your team will also ensure the University’s data and student journey and experience requirements are met, through identification of more streamlined and effective processes and developing a culture of continuous improvement.
