We’re looking for a confident and personable individual with excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills as well as a passion for Education.

This role requires a friendly and enthusiastic individual who is part of a committed team that handles enquiries from prospective students who are exploring the University. The post has a focus on working collaboratively within the enquiries team, with Admissions colleagues and more widely to solve queries and find the correct information for our customers quickly and thoroughly.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a dedication to delivering the highest levels of customer service. The post is part of a central team which includes a range of high performing marketing, recruitment and events professionals. The team vision is to create the best possible prospective student experience at every touchpoint, in a collaborative and innovative way.
