CRM Co-ordinator (Customer Relations)

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in our CRM and Customer Insight team. We’re looking for someone with a high attention to detail and an innovative thinker, capable of making the most of our systems and services.

You will have the opportunity to work across a range of areas, from mass communications, enquiries and lead generation, and will be tasked with delivering processes and best practices to ensure we deliver a high-quality student recruitment and marketing service for prospects and staff.

This role will be target-led and evidence-based, with opportunities to contribute towards future development initiatives of our approaches to customer service. You will need to be an effective communicator, able to explain processes and approaches to a wide range of internal audiences, along with a passion for enabling others to succeed.
