Are you a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead looking for the next step in your career, or an established Deputy Manager seeking a new opportunity? Purosearch are representing a  well-established Nursing Home near Sevenoaks, Kent, is looking for a compassionate and skilled Clinical Deputy Manager to join the team.

 

About the Role:

As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care for the residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee clinical and operational aspects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering outstanding care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the clinical team, ensuring excellence in care delivery.

Oversee care planning and risk assessments, ensuring they are up to date and reflect the needs of our residents.

Manage staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels.

Liaise with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals to provide seamless care.

Monitor and maintain compliance with CQC standards.

Provide hands-on clinical care when necessary.

 

Requirements:

Must have a valid PIN and be registered with the NMC.

Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or a strong Clinical Lead ready to step up.

Previous experience in a Nursing Home setting is essential.

Strong knowledge of dementia care is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage and motivate a team.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
